England Coach Laszlo Nemeth has named his squad for the forthcoming
European Championship Semi Final Round matches. The games are the
'second leg' matches from the five games played last season with
England currently joint fourth in their group, needing to pick up
four wins from this series of matches to reach the Finals in Turkey
in September 2001.
The squad contains for the first time, Tony Dorsey, who as a naturalised
British citizen, is permitted to represent England in line with
the recent FIBA rule changes on nationality and player eligibility.
England travel to Porrentruy in Switzerland on 22nd November 2000
for the first of the five games with the full schedule being as
follows:
